By far my best rental experience

From day one, Paul demonstrated exceptional integrity, kindness, and respect. Something as simple as asking the best time to mow the lawn speaks volumes about his consideration for tenants. I especially appreciated how he checked in on me during harsh snow days and inclement weather, it truly showed genuine care beyond just being a landlord. The property itself is very well kept, safe, and thoughtfully maintained, with all the essentials you may need, including starter utilities, basic cooking utensils, and blackout curtains. The location is ideal, close to the mall, movie theater, and a variety of restaurants, and only a 13 minute drive to CRMH. Certainly the best choice. 10/10.

Nice House!

Small,but nice house in a safe area. Walkable neighborhood. Close to shopping. Good size yard that the owner maintains. Picnic table in the backyard. The owner is wonderful and will ensure you have a pleasant stay. I also like that the utilities are taken care of by owner. Looked at several rentals and this was the best.

Spacious house, Excellent manager

The house is excellent as is the owner P. Very spacious. Washer and dryer in the basement which had a lot of space for storage, we kept our boxes from moving there and camping gear. Working gas fireplace was nice in January. P was very responsive and respectful, prompt, experienced with hospitality and renting, much better than having a company, P knows the house, long-time owner. Easy to work with and was accommodating. Ensured we had everything needed during our stay. Walkable neighborhood but no sidewalks. Back yard is spacious and has picnic table. Lots of parking. Close to the big stores/mall, Aldi, Walmart, Target, BestBuy etc. 15 minutes to Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Grass was well kept, house was clean. Compared to others, this was the best.
