"Home Sweet Basement"

It was surely sweet and didnt feel like a basement at allbright, clean, and beautifully updated. Quality furniture and minimalist decor made each room feel both comfy and sophisticated. The space was perfect for me and my guests during my 2-month stay. Kati was a phenomenal hostcommunicative before my arrival, sending extra photos and answering all questions. During my stay, she responded to every need with urgency and kindness. The patio added a peaceful extra living space, perfect for morning reading or evening hangouts in the beautiful CO summer. Security was layered throughout the property, and the neighborhood felt very safeI enjoyed daily walks to the nearby scenic gulch trail. The location was ideal: close to work, restaurants, and recreation. I highly recommend contacting Kati if you're looking for a great place to stay. Youll be grateful to have found this gem of a rentalit truly felt like home.

Well equipped and lovely decor

Great property - lovely decorated and well equipped for traveller with wonderful communication. Would have stayed longer but commute too far from my work location. Fantastic host.

Cozy Basement

I was initially nervous about staying in a basement apartment, but this place was so cozy and had a great amount of light! LOVED the couch and beds. Not having an oven wasn't a big deal for me and it had excellent amenities otherwise. I also thought it was a great central location and always felt safe.
