We rented this property for our guest who is a travelling nurse and the process couldn't have been more smooth! The move in was seamless along with the move out process. The property provided detailed move out instructions to ensure there were no issues with check out. There were no maintenance issues or any issues at all throughout the stay. Communication and responsiveness was amazing and we would love to rent this place for our next travelling professional when we have a request in the area!

This place was Perfect for us 2 Travel RNs, working in the Twin Cities for 3 Summer Months. Location, Space, and Cost were the main factors for us. Extremely Convenient Location, being that we worked at Hospitals in St Paul, Maplewood, and Minneapolis. On our off days, we easily accessed the Interstate for short rides to Wisconsin to the East, Duluth to the North, and Minneapolis to the West. Having 2 Bedrooms gave us the Space to Breathe and Relax Comfortably. And we got Soooo Much Space for the money!! Having our own Dedicated Laundry Room in the Basement was Sweet!! My SUV fit Very Easily in the Large Shared 2-Car Garage. Besides all of that, Rachelle, the Property Manager was AMAZING!!! We really only contacted her for info about the area, because the Home already accommodated us in Every other need. Like A True Love, She Texts Back Quick! Lol. Lastly, the thing I'm gonna miss the most is the Waffle Maker!!! If we are ever back in Minnesota, we hope This home is Available!
