Beautiful Apartment

I am staying here until the end of December. I absolutely love this apartment. It is close to the hospital that I work at the landlord Brett was very responsive and quick to help with any issues that I had. If I ever work in Cleveland again, I will definitely try and rent this place again.

Stayed here for about 5 months and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Close enough to the city to enjoy all the activities but far enough to be away from the noise. The unit was safe and cozy, made the duration of my contract enjoyable to have somewhere comfortable to stay. Highly recommend!!

Delightful Stay

I had the pleasure of staying in this charming one-bedroom apartment for eight months, and it truly felt like home from the moment I moved in. The coziness of the place immediately wraps you in comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The neighbors are incredibly friendly! The landlord is cool and down to earth. His attentiveness to needs or concerns is remarkable, and he is always flexible when you notify him about anything. This level of care and responsiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. You can't beat the location. Being close to downtown Cleveland means easy access to all the city offers while enjoying the tranquility of a safe neighborhood. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and well-located place to live.

Best Place Ever!

I stayed in this place for 5 months and I wish I would've stayed longer! This apartment has it all!! It is a very private second floor unit, no upstairs neighbors, you don't share an entrance and you have a washer and dryer in the unit! Everything is very spacious and pretty modern. The bathroom has very good lighting and a shower speaker! Love the counter space and sunroof in the kitchen! And to top it off the mattress in the room and the couch in the living room are extremely comfortable! This apartment is very safe and it's extremely close to everything! B is probably the best landlord that I will ever come across, he is super chill and attentive! He replies right away and tries to fix or help you out with anything you need. Oh and to make it even better, the downstairs neighbors are extremely welcoming and sweet!

Perfect Gem

Beautiful 2nd floor apartment. Just the right size. Very close to restaurants, Walmart, Target, and Catholic church. Own parking space and wonderful neighbors below you. The landlord was very nice and very attentive to all my questions and needs and got back with me always in a timely manner. I am a travel nurse and I highly recommend this place!!!!

Cozy indeed!

I found this gem at the end of my contract after signing a 1 month extension. This was by far the best accommodation throughout my 7 month contract in Cleveland. B the landlord was very honest, upfront and easy to deal with. He made sure I had all I needed to make my stay comfortable. He even got me a brand new 8 quartz air fryer which I absolutely enjoyed. Security is top notch with a home alarm system so you can sleep without worrying or having your mind wonder. Highly recommended indeed..... I have seen posts bashing furnished finders on nurse forums on fb...not sure what kind of landlords they're dealing with. Rent from B and you won't be disappointed!!!!.
