This apartment has everything you could possibly need. But if you do need something the landlords live in the main house on the property. I work nights they are the most considerate people I have met. P adjusts his lawn mowing time when he knows I worked the night before. When it snows P will have the driveway cleared immediately. If M even thinks you might need or want something boom its there! They treat you like family but not intrusive. The apartment is well stocked with quality kitchenware and linens, has plenty of closets and shelving to put your thing. Large washer & dryer. Outside lounging areas table and fire pit are so inviting and relaxing. The area is one of the most desirable any where near New Haven only 20 minutes to Yale Hospital.

My husband and our two pets stayed her for a contract at YNHH. M and P are amazing, kind people and we felt very comfortable staying with them. We rented their upstairs garage apartment (across from their main house). The bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was big and we were able to comfortably cook and meal prep for the week. Washer and dryer in the downstairs section of the garage was a big plus for us. All the furniture is beautiful/new, and M actually refinished a couple of the pieces. We always had hot water and never had any issues during our stay. It's in a beautiful, quiet location and only a 20 min drive to the hospital. Several grocery stores are near by along with several state parks. The neighbors dog is so so sweet, and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this place to others.
