Its a townhome complex, or a Planned Development Units, which means we have four streets with cul de saq's. I have wonderful neighbors. It's a safe, beautiful and friendly neighborhood.
There is a nice pathway along the Rodeo Gulch, very peaceful walk, about 1 block long.
I have a small backyard with a deck, table and 2 chairs. Lots of plants and trees.

Great time!
Maris was lovely and made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the entire home had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was amazing; Target Plaza and mall were walkable down the street. Beach was 5min away driving which was a huge plus. Parking was also easy and convenient, which made everything stress-free. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable Stay in Clean Home!
M was a clean and respectful housemate and her home was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom felt private since it was located on the other side of the stairs from the master bedroom. I loved my stay here and recommend it to any traveler looking for a peaceful place to relax outside of work!
