Home away from home

I worked on an assignment for 2 months and enjoyed living here in the 2nd floor unit. It is as pictured, very quaint. The apartment is just enough space for one/two person. The neighbors are quiet, safe, family oriented, neighbors all kind and know each other. Anytime I needed anything/questions the landlord was very responsive and proactive, respectful. This location is prime, its close may 5-10 minutes to shopping, food, everything you needed, walkable area and close to driving highways. Street parking is very accessible. I parked in front the home everyday at anytime no issues. I truly enjoyed my stay and will return if ever working in PA again.

Great Stay

I stayed in the third floor apartment for the summer. Apartment is in a very cute neighborhood, walkable to bakery square shops and restaurants. Easy commute to UPMC Presby. Otis was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay

Excellent Accommodations

I stayed in the second floor apartment for nine months and I would absolutely stay again. The townhouse is located in a quiet, diverse neighborhood and is near several bus lines. The apartment is nicely decorated and well-stocked with appliances and kitchenware. The landlord is also very kind and responsive.

Pittsburgh Review Summer 2024

I stayed at this apartment while completing a clinical rotation for physical therapy school. The apartment is very quiet and clean and located in a very nice area of town. There is a bus stop only a few minutes away that transports you straight to UPMC Presby. The landlord was very kind and always responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone that will be working in Pittsburgh.

I stayed at this property for 6 months Spring-Summer 2023. I stayed in the 1st floor apartment which is the same size as the one in these pictures but with slightly different colors and also gorgeous. I felt very much at home and safe here. I could easily stay here a lot longer if my assignment went longer. Its very nicely decorated. Appliances are brand new. The heat, AC, hot water & Wi-Fi all worked perfectly. It was very well stocked with all that you need. The neighborhood is lovely and very close the Liberty Square and Shadyside where there are great restaurants and shopping. It is also close to great parks and historic houses. The neighbors are all very respectful and kind. And the landlord is very kind and responsive when you call. Personally I would rent from any one of her properties, thats how positive of an experience I had.
