Excellent place

This is an excellent place to stay at the owner is extremely friendly and ensures that everybody who stays there is friendly and respectful. He will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and to accommodate you. Very easy-going very easy to get along with positive vibes excellent and quiet place respectful and he ensures that all guests are also respectful and quiet. Its also a beautiful place. Lots to do nearby hikes restaurants, bars, hospitals everything beautiful area nice and clean with a beautiful home ran by an excellent landlord I definitely recommend and if I am back in the area, I will definitely be staying here again

Stevenson's Ranch house

Mickey is definitely the landlord you look for to feel comfortable being 1000's of miles away from home. His hospitality at times make you forget that he's your landlord. I worked at Henry Mayo Hospital in the ER (which was very convenient being only 10 mins away from this property). He's open to converse with you if he has the time and offers you food every time he cooks. The best part of all is he does not overcrowd you with a million rules that stifles you during your stay. It makes time go by much quicker! If I didn't have responsibilities to take of... I would have stayed longer just for the hell of it. 5/5 is an understatement!

Mickey's place

I was a traveling RN at Henry Mayo. During this period I rented a place at Ms house. M is a wonderful host. He made me try all sorts of food. Ms home is peaceful and quiet. Nothing could be better than a serene atmosphere after 12 hours of night shift. Though a bit pricey, it is worth all the money. If I ever come this way again, I will surely rent this home. I will recommend it to anyone who cherishes her peace of mind.

Inviting, tranquil, on the mountainside with stunning view!

My work required me to be in the Valencia /San Clarita area. After searching FF, I came across this home that was perfect distance from the job facility. The nights are so cool I left the windows open. I loved the fact that I could sit in the back yard and enjoy the mountain view. There was shopping & restaurants in the area, which I was very happy to have. The place was so clean and wi-fi was strong. I would highly recommend the home to any professional that is looking for long mid to long term residence for work.

Amazing home away from home!

What a beautiful place, M was an amazing host. We rented a private room with bath. Access to the whole house allowing us to meet our dietary needs. M was very accommodating and provided us suggestions of great attractions and restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the cool nights outside under the beautiful gazebo out back. Its was great having access to the washer and dryer allowing us to take home clean clothes after our trip. 45 mins from beautiful Malibu beach. We felt right at home, WiFi access allowing us to work in a great area with privacy. Mickey was an amazing host, with the nice sweet pup. We will for sure make this a special place that we will be returning.
