Very accommodating

You will love your stay with Rosey! She is a very kind person. She makes you feel like its your home too. I stayed 3 months with my little wiener dog, and she was so good to my dog too. She just might make you some of the best Indian food you ever ate! Stay with Rosey you will be very comfortable at her home.

Awesome place. i really enjoyed my stay with R. i am a traveling respiratory therapist and needed a clean place with stove, microwave, refrigerator and sink...and, my own restroom, so i chose R's place. Very happy, i chose to stay with such a kind and thoughtful person! i was much appreciative that she had a cleaning professional come in and mop the floor, clean the restroom and pick up the place...very thorough cleaning person! The house and landscaping are always well maintained! i worked nightshift while I was here so i slept in the daytime, and R was very accommodative. The neighborhood is great...very residential and she has nice neighbors. Overall, it's just a great place to stay if you're in Iowa City.

Fantastic owner and fantastic location

Lived here for a little over 6 months, and had an exceptional experience. R, the owner, is not only extremely pleasant but also exudes warmth, thus making my living experience truly enjoyable. She also has a small dog, who is adorable. The place is situated in a safe neighborhood. The University of Iowa bus runs very closely to the place (5 min walk to the bus stop). Coralville mall is also close by, easily accessible on foot. There is a park close by where you can go for a walk. You will see lots of families in the park. The place is located in a very convenient location with grocery stores such as Aldi, Walmart, and Costco within a 5-7 min drive. Overall, a fantastic owner and a fantastic location.
