Great house!

I rented this home for about 5 months during a travel nurse contract and it was a great experience! The home was cozy. Plenty of space for guests. I loved the backyard and lounged back there with my dog often! Nice safe neighborhood. Landlord is helpful and kind. Do recommend!

Great Neighborhood

Im a travel nurse who travels with my two furbabies and we stayed for 3 months. We loved our stay at this cute, comfortable home in Beaverdale which is a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Great fenced back yard for them to explore and super convenient to Methodist Hospital. The landlord was very accessible when I had questions or needed anything. Definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to call home!

We loved our stay here. My husband worked at Unity Point Methodist, and it was a quick 9 minute drive to work for him. The home is in a good central location to pretty much anywhere you go in Des Moines. Our dog loved the back yard and all of the squirrel watching. The landlords were so welcoming and fantastic. You seriously cant go wrong renting this home!
