I had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. Regina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, always available to answer questions and provide .Everything was well-organized and as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience !

R and her husband are incredibly welcoming and all around lovely people. They go above and beyond to ensure your arrival is smooth and seamless, even providing a lovely basket of goodies and travel necessities that is next level! The room has everything you could need and the best part is the top tier cleanliness. Recommend!

Home away from home

Look no further. If you need housing in the NJ area, this is the place to be. Mrs. R is God sent. She really knows what a person would need when they are away from home. I was greeted with a welcome basket full of everything that I needed. She believes in keeping everything clean and sanitized. There were all types of maps, menus, puzzles and board games. You have your own refrigerator. New towels and rugs. Mrs. R even partners with a car service. I feel safe. They are a second family.

Feels like home.

This house feels like home away from home. The moment I entered the the house I was already greeted with a warm welcome by the owners. This place is a gem that you can not miss. It's complete with all the things you need. Definitely great place to stay .

Great for nurses and Healthcare workers

This property is located VERY close to several large hospitals. Public transportation is readily available for healthcare workers near this property. This is a very cozy house that I share with two other nurses. Excellent furnishings. Good sized bedrooms make it private, although there is a beautiful common area downstairs. Washer/dryer and all kitchen necessities are furnished. Great internet. Each bedoom has its own TV which isn't shared by anyone but yourself. Streaming channels are available in every room. Home is neat and very clean. A maid comes in every week to clean all common areas. Lysol wipes everywhere---no germ dare live here! I highly recommend this home. S RN

They sent a car to pick me up from the airport free of charge. House is nice, and spacious, and quiet.

First time renting in furnished finder and I am so lucky to find the Phoenix Place with very friendly and approachable property manager R. The place is so clean and it comes with everything you need and with welcome caddy and robe. R is very good in handling tenants request.
