Comfortable and Convenient

Very positive experience overall! The property was quiet, comfortable, and well cared for, and the location made getting around SF very convenient.

Everything you could want for comfort, and still be in the city!

10/10 recommend this home! J&R are amazing landlords and wonderful to work and communicate with. When searching for a home in the city, my partner and I had a lot of requirements (for being in the city). We wanted our own place (no shared entrance), that was dog friendly, comes with easy parking AND a garage, and a yard. J&R's home met all those requirements and we stayed here for 3 months with our 2 pups. The kitchen is remodeled and gorgeous. I felt very safe to walk the pups in the neighborhood ( my biggest priority). The home came with more than the necessary amenities, and it felt cozy so we enjoyed our time relaxing at home. It's also conveniently located right next to a couple bus stops. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood but also how conveniently close it is to everything in the city. We would stay here again!

Perfect home away from home

My boyfriend, pup, & I absolutely loved our stay at this townhome. The property is situated on a quiet street in the quaint neighborhood of Potrero hill. Many of the neighbors were friendly and we felt safe during our stay. J is a great landlord and provided us with all the necessary amenities including a private garage parking spot which is incredibly hard to come by in SF! We were sad to leave as this has been one of our favorite FF properties weve stayed at thus far and would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.
