Awful

The owner is the most unprofessional, unwelcoming, condescending, uncommunicative, passive aggressive landlord I have ever stayed with. She accused me of bringing roaches to the home and kicked me out of the house 5 days before my lease is up for an exerminator to come in while I have never seen a roach in this entire home. She essentially had me secluded in my bedroom for 90% of the time and still found a way to find anything I do in her presence as a personal slight to her. She communicated strictly through text or email even if I was in the same room as her and barely made a verbal/in person effort with communicating her issues to me before threatening to kick me out over email. I have lived in multiple short-term rental homes and in my opinion, she does not have the mentality to rent out her space. This is all my personal experience, but I just need to warn prospective tenants of what they could experience with this owner. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

I truly had the best experience here! The house is gorgeous and well kept, the owner is kind and friendly with the sweetest senior doggy, it is in a gated community which always made me feel safe. The location is also amazing, and theres access to gym and pool within the community to relax after work. The lanai is also filled with beautiful plants to unwind and get some fresh air whenever needed. L always made sure I had the best experience and provided more than necessary. I would highly recommend!!

The home owner is awesome. lives on site. sweet lil doggy. gated neighborhood with pool and gym access. Stores and shopping close by. beach within 35 minutes.
