Awesome Location!!

This is the greatest little house. 2Br, quiet, extremely safe neighborhood. I am a young female and was completely comfortable staying here alone. R and his sister V are extremely accommodating and easy to work with. The house is comfortable, the AC works amazingly, and there is parking in front of the house off of the street. Cant say enough good things about the location though- within walking distance to a greenway and a grocery store. 15min from Southend, a popular brewery/bar district, and close enough to 77/85 to pretty much get anywhere else. I enjoyed my stay and would have continued to live there if I had extended my contract longer!
