Great property
I loved my stay at this apartment. The landlord is really nice and polite. You got everything in this apartment. I feel so lucky that I found this place. The building has the front desk that calls you for your delivery and that makes me feel safe. It is close to the riverside park, central park and Columbia University. It is a great apartment and I would definitely recommend it to everyone who is looking for a place to stay.

my stay in the Spring
I'm really grateful to have found this spot. This place is super close to Central Park and conveniently located near subway stations (A, B, C, or 1). It has an elevator (thank goodness), laundry room, and 24/7 front desk staff which always made me feel pretty safe. M checked on me from time to time and always asked if I was okay or needed anything. So sad I couldn't renew my lease but hopefully can come back in the future!!
