I stayed in the 1 bed unit for about three months. When I arrived it was so clean and had everything I needed. I worked mid-shift in Lacey, so I would come home late from work and I always felt safe there. Josiah was super responsive and always addressed all my concerns very quickly, would definitely recommend staying here!

2 bedroom home

My wife and I stayed in this unit for a little over 3 months. The place is quite comfortable and clean. It had been modernized some time in the recent past and met our needs.

Wonderful Large 2 Bedroom One Bathroom Stay

We stayed at the large 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit for 5 months and could not be happier. The unit was so clean, decorated to perfect, had the best cooking setup and foodie could ask for, beautiful views from every window, very safe neighborhood, close to literally EVERYTHING, cozy cozy beds, and the peleton and piano gave us extra things to do when we were home from the hospital. As a doctor I could not say enough about this place. Joe was such an awesome host and will stay here again if I ever have another contract in Olympia!

Very Comfortable

I stayed in the apartment for a little over three months. It is in a terrific location, very quiet and safe. It is only minutes to everything.There is tons of storage the bathroom is very large and the kitchen has all the essentials Josiah was a terrific landlord. He responded very quickly to the couple of issues I had. He also promptly returned my deposit at the end of my stay.

Great space/quiet neighborhood!

My wife and I stayed in this space for a few months, it was the perfect place for our needs! Located in a very quiet neighborhood yet very close to downtown Olympia and I-5! The apartment has plenty of closets with ample storage space. While the bedroom is small for two people (it works for two though), the rest of the house has plenty of space! J is very accommodating and quick to respond! I recommend this space to anyone working in or near Olympia.

Great place

This was a great place to stay. My wife and I are both healthcare workers and we rented this unit out during our contracts. It was only a 5 minute drive from Providence. J was a great host anything I needed he was just a call or text away, the neighbors were all friendly and most importantly we felt comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend renting here! 5 stars!
