Utterly Perfect

My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in this gorgeous home in a perfect neighborhood for 5 months. We only needed to contact the hosts a couple of times and they were immediately responsive. The home itself well, if we could have stayed forever, we would have. Everything you could want for a short or long stay is in place. The location is very walkable, with quick access to part of the greenway. We fell in love with Raleigh and hope to move there next year. Thank you, Kate and Mark!

Great stay!

We moved to Raleigh for the summer after renting our home out in another state in anticipation of an international move. As a family of four, we have a dog and two preteen kids, so we needed a yard and a central location. This house fits the bill perfectly. The yard is fantastic for a pet, and downtown Raleigh is a hop and a skip away. The house was furnished with everything we needed, and the owner quickly resolved any issues that arose during our stay. This is the type of landlord you want! They've clearly gone above and beyond to create a comfortable, clean stay for their guests. We loved that the house was pet-friendly, so we did not have to worry about what we would do with our dog all summer. While the house is a little tight for a family of four (it's probably better for three or fewer), we made it work and very much enjoyed and appreciated the care put into making it comfortable.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The property itself was phenomenal. It had everything we could have thought of and more. We felt safe our entire stay, we were in a cute quiet neighborhood. We went on afternoon walks regularly in the evening, there's even a little park near by. we stayed for actually about six months, just because we wanted to keep extending with K! Speaking of K she was our best landlord yet!! She checks in with you regularly, sends recommendations and even had us a little goodie basket for us when we moved in. She responds quickly and is very thorough in giving you any information you might need or want. The house has two TVs set up with Roku, had extra blankets sheets, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked which was amazing. Fenced in backyard was sooo nice! Not to mention you're close to downtown/Costco/Publix. The entire stay was perfect from start to finish! I would absolutely recommend!

Highly Recommend!

I could not say enough nice things about the owners of this home! They had champagne, toys for our pup and flowers at the house when we arrived. The house is clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need and more! We had an issue with the washer and dryer and they were quick to respond. They sent a technician out immediately and ended up replacing the washer/dryer unit with a brand new unit in just a few days! It is 10 minutes from downtown and less than 5 minutes from Wakemed Raleigh campus. There are a few walking trails nearby as well. Quiet neighborhood. The owners are incredibly sweet and just good people all around. They want you to have the best experience and truly care! Highly recommend!
