Quiet single living space near Anschutz Medical Campus
This place is in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of walking spaces if you like to take urban walks. The living space upstairs has a nice walk in shower and big bathroom where you can also wash dishes from the kitchenette area. The bedroom is spacious and private. The living room area is great for watching TV on the SmartTV that's loaded with many apps to watch your favorite shows. It can get a bit dark in the space, so opening windows to bring in more light is recommended. There is only a microwave and toaster oven/air fryer for cooking small things. I used an Instantpot to make soups and stews. There is only a mini fridge so buy groceries or store food in small batches. The space is comfortable for a single person. I wanted to be close to the Anschutz Medical Campus so this was a convenient location. This is a great space for a short term stay or for someone who is a traveling nurse who wants to be close to the Anschutz Medical Campus.
