DO NOT RENT HERE! The owners are thieves.

These renters should not be allowed to list anywhere. They stole my security deposit and now am having to go through legal action to get it back. They say that the cleaning fee is $200, but then the lease says $250. They will enter whenever they please, I wish I wouldn't have gone through them. Feel free to reach out to me and I will send you all the proof if you are thinking of renting from them. The house leaks when it rains and will ruin your things.

I had the pleasure of staying at this charming furnished finder, and I couldn't be more happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Communication was great; they were always prompt in addressing any concerns or replenishing supplies. I was particularly impressed when I asked about a specific item and they immediately just purchased it for me. It's this level of attentiveness that truly sets them apart. Being from California, we were unsure of what to expect, but our hosts made us feel right at home. Their thoughtful gesture of sending a detailed document outlining everything in the house was incredibly helpful and considerate. Overall, our stay was nothing short of delightful, thanks to our gracious hosts. I would highly recommend this furnished finder to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming accommodation.

Amazing place in Minneapolis!

P and J were great landlords. Everything we needed was there and if we needed anything else, they were always a call or text away. Beds were comfortable, plenty of natural light, an updated kitchen and renovated bathroom helped us feel at home. Great, quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and North Memorial Hospital. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Would move back!

The house is well maintained with new appliances. Its an older house with all the important stuff updated! The best aspects though were P and J. Getting into contact with them was like speaking with friends. We had a minor issue on our first night moving in. P was there in the middle of the night to make things right! If youre new to the area or anxious about the move, these two are a great team to help you feel welcome and supported in the community.

Great location, cute home & amazing landlords

First of J & P are amazing! They made the entire travel & moving experience so easy! This house has everything you could need and if you dont have it P & J will get it for you. Our dogs loved the yard & the neighborhood is safe and quite. Paying rent and the application process were super easy and all completed online via an additional system. This made us feel safe & comfortable knowing that everything was secure & we didnt have to arrange a time every month to pay rent. The house was clean, decorated nicely & in a great location. Travail & Pig Ate my pizza (Nouvelle) in Robbinsdale were our favs!

Great Place to Stay!!!

We stayed here for 6 months and the owners were wonderful. They were always available for any questions and provided everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. Home was lovely and well equipped. All necessities are found in this apartment, laundry, parking, a yard, and owners who genuinely want you to feel at home. You are close to all things the city has to offer without the headache of living in the city. Most hospitals are an easy 15-20 minute drive from this location. The neighbors we friendly and helpful in getting us through a Minnesota winter. The owners do shovel the snow which was great and very helpful since we are from the south and never get snow! I would definitely stay here again or any of the other locations these owners have.
