The property is in a quiet, peaceful and established neighborhood in Sun Valley, also called Glencrest Hills. It is pedestrian friendly and walkable, is a no through street hence has limited access to outsiders and vehicles. Hidden Gem
A & C were a joy to be around. They treated me like family and I felt safe and at ease being away from my own family to work at CHLA. Freeway access from their ADU was easy and the commute to work was a breeze. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. If you like to walk, there are beautiful homes in the neighborhood to look at and the Burbank airport can be seen if you take a 20 min walk up the hill. The Unit has all the conveniences and they are all top grade quality. The biggest perk was that parking is no problem at all. Location is on the corner so lots of parking and I had my own separate entrance to the ADU. From inside their unit, I had a view of their gorgeous backyard. Hummingbirds would greet me on sunny mornings. I didn't want to leave and I would absolutely rent their ADU again if I found myself working in the LA area again. Miss them and their ADU so much.
Great stay
I had a wonderful experience staying at this ADU. I felt comfortable and at peace like its my own home. The landlords treated me like I am their own daughter and made sure all my needs were met. Thank you for having me!! I will be staying there again when I am in the area.
The perfect ADU
A and C were the best landlords. They gave me privacy but were always a text away. The ADU was the perfect space to come home to after long night shifts. The unit was an easy commute into the city, with plenty of shopping close by. Next time Im back in LA Ill be reaching out to stay again!
Great Space
My fianc and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sayo's property for the last 6 months. The apartment itself has everything you could need - washer and dryer, full size appliances, outdoor living space, gated property, security cameras and on-site parking. The Sayo's were great hosts - always available if needed, responsive, and welcoming when we had guests visiting from out of town. I would absolutely recommend renting this property to anyone looking in the area!
safe & cozy home away from home
My fianc and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the S's unit for 6 months during our travel PT assignment here in Southern California. From the first day of our stay we felt welcome, safe and right at home! The unit itself is a perfect size for 1-2 guests, fully equipped with anything and everything you could need throughout your stay. The property itself is gated with security cameras, on site parking, full size appliances and independent washer and dryer unit - what else could you ask for!? The S's have been nothing short of incredible hosts - providing us with local recommendations, checking in throughout our stay and welcoming our family with open arms when they visited from out of town. We are truly sad to be leaving, and would absolutely recommend staying at this property to anyone!
