Built in former carriage house, this funky & comfy first floor apartment is the ideal central location. All interior areas received a full renovation in 2014 with the furniture being updated in 2022.
The Woodland Historic District is one of the first residential neighborhoods built in Phoenix located just a short walk west of downtown. It features many historic homes dating back to the early 1900s and showcases various architectural styles such as Craftsman, Tudor Revival, and Spanish Colonial Revival. The district is known for its tree-lined streets, well-preserved homes, & sense of community.
Apartment D and E
I've been privileged to stay at Seth's property on 2 separate occasions as a travel RN. Seth is a fantastic landlord, who is very responsive to any needs. Peaceful home and property. The location is fantastic for downtown Phoenix access, airport, highways and hospitals. Would love to rent here again if given the opportunity.
Apartment D
Living in Apartment D for over a year, I can confidently say this property will exceed your expectations. The space was clean when moving in, had everything I needed, and was reliable during both the cooler winters and the super hot summers. Seth is an incredible landlord - very responsive, relentlessly helpful, incredibly fair and is a great person and resource to have around as you get comfortable in Phoenix. The other tenants on the property changed a few times during my stay in Apartment D, but were consistently a delight and overall helped to enrich my experience. It's a short walk into downtown where endless restaurant and entertainment options await you. And it's also a short drive out to South Mountain if you like to hike, trail run or road/mountain bike. Can't recommend it enough whether it's for a short hospital contract or a longer stay in the area.
The best landlord and place :)
I can't say enough good things about this rental and our landlord, Seth. It has truly been one of the best housing experiences I've had in Arizona. Seth is incredibly kind, responsive, and a good communicator. He made everything so easy from the start and was always available if we had any questions. The home itself is spotless and well-maintained. My boyfriend and I both lived here, and it was the perfect amount of space for us. We loved the fully fenced yard, which Seth takes great care of, and close parking! If you don't want to park in the backlot, there's parking garages all around too that you can rent spots in. If I weren't moving away for clinical rotations, I'd stay here longer without hesitation. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed rental.

S is a great landlord, very accommodating, easy to get a hold of and had great recommendations about the area! This place is just a 15-20min walk to downtown Pheonix and within a 30min drive to a lot of hospitals. Had pretty much everything we needed for our time here during my travel contract and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area.
