Janice and Larry were excellent hosts. Very responsive to every need and made sure to check in once a week , to preempt any issues. The apartment was cozy and well the view from the balcony was worth well it , it over looks a waterway ,lots of ducks and turtles. Janice does edible landscape, lots of fruits and veggies. The apartment is close to to downtown Florence and 5 mins from MUSC w/o traffic. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and if I get to visit Florence again I will make sure to stop by.thanks for an enjoyable visit Janice and Larry.

Awesome place
This place is amazing and was just what I needed for the time I was in Florence. The best part was the friendship I made with the owners. They respected my privacy but were always available and understanding of my preferences. I use this app now purely because of them. Plenty of parking and lighting from the driveway to your room. Beautiful lake and a dock. Rooms were clean and kitchen area was perfect. They thought of everything. I struggled finding a place then I was blessed with these amazing owners and their awesome place. Highly recommended

Fabulous place to stay! Very clean and spacious! The private bathroom is newly remodeled and this place has everything you need. The shared living space has a kitchenette that includes a hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, mini sink, and a large refrigerator. I was able to live comfortably here for 3 months and have no complaints. Great price and beautiful location. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay
Beautiful property! Very clean! Spacious! Quiet! The owners are very nice people! It is upstairs (3 flights). It is college roommate style living 3 rooms (a tenant per room), tenants share the kitchenette & living room. I stayed in a room that had its own private bath that had shower only which I loved! I believe the other 2 rooms shared the bathroom near the living room space & there is a tub with shower in that bathroom. The view from the patio/balcony area is gorgeous, especially during my time there (Fall season). Property is very close to MUSC Florence Hospital (approx 5 minutes w/no traffic), but not so close that you can hear the ambulances driving to the hospital all hours of the day and night. I highly recommend this property!
