Sketchy Owners

I have never had such a bad experience renting from someone. The owners lied about the amenities they had advertised like the Wi-Fi which was a requirement for us to move in. Especially since there is no cell phone service at this location. Also advertised refundable security deposit which they did not refund despite there being no damage to the property. It was actually cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The water heater was leaking through the door when we arrived and they stated the deposit was used to cover the cost of fixing it. They advertised a minimum of 7 day stay with no lease signed. We moved out after 1 month due to the circumstances and they said that was another reason for withholding the deposit because they wanted to use the rent money to pay their mortgage. Definitely not travel nurse friendly. Although its pretty, the owners alone make it a horrible place to spend your money.
