A Perfect Stay!

Would definitely recommend staying here! It was clean, quiet, welcoming and we had everything we needed. The owner was very hospitable and the neighbors were friendly. A definite plus for this property was a dedicated parking place. Although, it can be tricky with a larger vehicle. We also had a lemon tree that we could pick from! My husband is a nurse and works nights and it was always very quiet during the day when he would sleep. The unit is in the back, away from the main street. The location was walkable to restaurants. It was a shared washer/dryer but very convenient. We would definitely stay here again, it was perfect!

Wonderful Condo and Fantastic Landlord in Long Beach!

I had an amazing experience here. The landlord is incredibly kind, friendly, and very responsive. Communication was always easy and pleasant. The condo itself is fantastic! Beautifully designed and truly a special place to live. The neighbors are friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Having a dedicated parking spot is also a huge bonus in Long Beach! I genuinely loved living here and would stay forever if I didn’t have another assignment elsewhere. I highly recommend this place!

Nurses retreat

I truly enjoyed my stay here during my assignment. The apartment was everything I was looking for in Long Beach. Melissa the landlord is also a plus. She is very responsive and makes sure all her guest feel welcomed, safe, and have everything needed for their stay. I would definitely rent this location again!

Would highly recommend this rental! Great location with easy access to beach, shops, restaurants. Garage provided is convenient as street parking is very crowded. Easy access to laundry as well and furnishings/decor are very nice. Not to mention the bed was very comfortable. Melissa is a great landlord & very responsive!

Great place to stay

Really enjoyed this rental. It was quiet, the neighbors are friendly and it's close to a grocery store and food spots. It comes with parking which is needed due to street parking otherwise. It has AC which is a big plus for the summer time. It also has a washer an dryer onsite. I felt very safe and comfortable being a single female living here. Highly recommended and Melissa is very response if I ever had questions. I would stay here again!

Amazing Apartment

this apartment is EXACTLY what i was looking for! perfectly decorated and appointed, spacious and comfortable, added plus of charming outdoor private patio. completely move in ready and outfitted with kitchen, bath, and bed staples. bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom is ideal. tons of storage space. easy access to washer/dryer. parking spot is a huge benefit. overall a wonderful mid century modern gem of a long beach bungalow. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Hellman St

M's rental is great, I loved staying here. It is a very cute place. Plenty of storage in the large bedroom closet, dressers, and hall closet. The included parking is a necessity since street parking is crowded. The neighbors are very friendly. I worked at Los Alamitos Medical Center and the drive was about 20 minutes.
