Brand new, cozy, very clean 2 bed/1 bath upstairs apartment with private entrance

This was a really great stay. E is a wonderful host and the space was extremely comfortable and clean. Communication was very easy and quick the entire time, and E was extremely accommodating to every request I made. I would definitely stay at their property again, or any property they manage. You can trust you will have a clean and pleasant experience. Thank you!

An amazing find

Finding housing can be hard while working in Flagstaff. I just so happened to find E and A's property while trying to secure housing for my upcoming contract at FMC. E and A are awesome and their property supplies you with everything you need and more. The property is in a nice neighborhood and only about 7-10m away from FMC depending on traffic. The apartment itself is clean, bright, and well-furnished. As someone who travels with as little as possible, it was a real treat to have all the cookware, appliances, etc. I'll note that the kitchen is top notch if you like to cook. Besides the property being great, I will also mention that E & A were generous landlords. They were receptive to my needs, always responded in a timely manner, and made sure my time in their unit was comfortable and easy. They made me feel more like a friend than a tenant (which I feel is rare now a days)!
