My 2 Month Stay

I called the Sporty Lakeview Ranch home for December and January. This home truly provided absolutely everything you could possibly need in a short or mid-term stay. The sprawling, well-equipped kitchen was perfect for hosting my family for Christmas. While the adults sat around the bar inside, the kids took advantage of the warmer-then-usual December temperatures and utilized the plethora of sporting equipment in the backyard. My dog was truly in heaven and spent many days of these two months playing outside until the sun went down. The landlord was incredibly responsive to any issues that arose. It was really nice not having a property manager, but the actual owner to reach out to who genuinely cared. Every guest I hosted during my stay asked for this listing because they wanted to keep it filed away for any future needs. I consider myself so very blessed to have called this home while my new construction home was being built.

Peaceful Abode

From the moment I pulled into the driveway and the gate was open, I immediately felt at home! We enjoyed watching the ducks in the pond and were captivated by Harry the Heron. We would stalk him daily to locate his position around the pond. When I was trying to get a close up of him he would fly to the opposite side with the grace only a Heron has. His wide wingspan displayed his beautiful blue coat. Our dogs were in heaven with the lush grass in the backyard and knowing they were safe with it being fenced in. Shortly after arrival I noticed there were no dish towels and offered to pick some up for the rental but upon my return from the grocery store they had already been delivered along with two bags of dog treats! We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and ate many of our meals there. We did brush up on our basketball skills and realized they need some more improvement! I almost forgot to mention the master bath......it's like a spa treatment!Tracey & Scott

Wonderful Stay!

We booked this place for an extended stay when visiting family in the area. The property is exactly as described, but better! The inside and the outside of the home were exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the expansive yard and the games/activities provided. We enjoyed quiet walks around the neighborhood and fishing in the pond out front. Jeff was an attentive host, with a speedy and kind response time. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in the area - you will not be disappointed! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Nice, comfortable stay

The home is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for our extended stay. The hosts have thought of every small detail; including a welcome basket upon arrival, as well as dish detergent, paper towels, plenty of bathroom tissue, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, cooking spices, an indoor air purifier and outdoor sports equipment. We enjoyed the fully fenced yard for our pups to run free and had a great time watching the ducks in the pond. The guest manual was very thorough. The hosts were very easy to work with, having great communication and corrected any issues in a timely manner.

Beautiful Home

This home is a real gem, you will not need a thing. If you do find a problem, the owner's will respond ASAP. Very nice people to work with. My husband and I, and our two dogs felt like we were at home here. We came to the Rock Hill area to search for our retirement home. Our dogs absolutely loved the yard, with its fenced yard. The patio area is very relaxing, the grill was great to cook steaks. My husband and I even played pickleball, and basketball. You will not be bored, many outside games and inside games. The kitchen has everything, we made many meals. I loved sitting in the sunroom, while doing laundry. The neighborhood is nice too, we took our dogs for walks every morning. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the owner even provided black out shades as one of my suggestions from a previous stay. We had a family member stop by and they could not believe how nice this home is. The home has been clean each time we have stayed. You will not regret staying here.
