The BEST of the BEST!

I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is amazing, the place is quiet, safe, and feels very tranquil. I initially booked for one month, but ended up staying for 5 months because I loved it so much. I was there during both large hurricanes (Milton and Helene). The place is not in a flood or evacuation zone and there was no damage- its a very safe location! Apart from the great space and location, the biggest highlight was the landlords. Stacy and Jason quickly became friends are truly some of the kindest most down to earth people I have ever met. They watched my dog for me when I had to travel, and he loves Stacy and Jason just as much as I do! I truly cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Amazing Stay in St. Pete!

S's cottage was perfect for my one-month stay in St. Pete. It is in a great location for exploring everything St. Pete has to offer. It's 10 min to the beach, 10 min to downtown, and just a couple of blocks from the Pinellas Trail. The cottage itself has everything you could need - appliances, high speed internet, tv, nice bathroom, etc. and is bigger than you'd expect. The garden is also very nice for when you want to be outside but don't want to leave the property. The area is very safe and plenty of parking if you have a car. S is great as a human too and made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 would recommend!

I wish we could live here

My husband and I stayed here until we found a place of our own. The cottage was the perfect place for us! We were worried about 3 things when we agreed to stay. We worried about not having a kitchen, not having washer and dryer and living in someone's backyard. And after living here, we would do it again a thousand times. We worried about the kitchen because we eat every meal at home. The kitchenette had everything we could possible need and more! It was better than a real kitchen. We worried about doing laundry somewhere else but there were 2 within .2 miles of the cottage that were perfect and safe! And we worried about being in someone's backyard, but S and J because family quickly! They respect privacy, but are always always there when and if you need anything. The cottage was absolutely perfect and we would recommend it to anyone. The neighborhood is so safe, my husband and I walked every night and it was perfect! We will miss the little cottage!

Amazing stay at this beautiful cottage

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely cottage and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warm welcome and hospitality of the owners, who went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cottage itself was nothing short of beautiful - it was cozy, tastefully decorated, and filled with all of the amenities that I needed to feel right at home. The bed was comfortable and inviting, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals during my stay. One of the things I loved most about the cottage was the attention to detail - from the carefully chosen decor to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, it was clear that the owners had put a lot of care and effort into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for their guests. But what truly set this experience apart was the kindness and generosity of the owners. I will be back next year :)

J and S were awesome, I am a traveling nomad for work and this was a grat place to explore St. Petersburg from. Strong internet, great location, highly recommend, nice family. Love their dog!
