Decent, but noisy!
I recently stayed for 10 weeks. They have a small child and a dog that make for a noisy stay. There is no sound barrier! You hear crying, foot steps, barking, conversations, toilet flushing, etc. Thankfully they kept a similar schedule to me so it was manageable, but the middle of the night wake ups were frustrating. The bed was quite comfortable, so that was a saving grace. Not the cleanest, a lot of dust and spider webs but still very do able. I made the little kitchen area work, but the fridge is on its last leg. Very nice neighborhood! I felt safe, and enjoyed all the trees and blooming flowers around. They kept my $500 deposit after being agreeable to me ending my stay at 10 weeks instead of 13. They didn't mention this to me when I told them my contract was changed, and the lease doesn't have exact wording for that scenario either. Also, they mention being flexible in the listing. Overall, I think it's over priced and I wouldn't stay with them again.
