Perfect apartment in Downtown Woburn

My fianc and I stayed at this apartment for 3 months and it was an absolutely perfect stay! James was very attentive and responsive with any questions/concerns. The apartment was very clean on arrival and boasted all of your daily necessities. James also had dog treats waiting for our dog when we arrived in the apartment-the perfect touch! The apartment was in a convenient location with local shops/restaurants, walking trails, and easy access into the city of Boston. There was free parking behind the building with no issues ever finding a spot. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment, you won't be disappointed! We were very pleased with our experience and are so happy we got the chance to stay in this lovely apartment!

Winter Stay

James is a fantastic host - friendly, flexible, and very responsive! The apartment is comfy and spacious and looked exactly as advertised. The building is clean and quiet, we rarely heard or even saw the other tenants in the 3 months we were there. Its easy to get to Boston, grocery stores and theres a ton of good food right outside the door! Since its on a main street, theres quite a bit of traffic noise, but if youre gone during the day, you probably wouldnt notice it much since it quiets down at night. Theres a really pretty spot nearby called Horn Pond thats great for dog walks or if you just want some more greenery!

Excellent location

Great access to really great food. Excellent hosting from James. He gave us a ton of good food recommendations and lots of help. He was super attentive and responsive when the water heater broke and other common problems we never had to put up with any delays! Lots of parking behind the building it does get busy in the area during supper times but most of the time its a very safe and convenient place to live. I would definitely come back!

Amazing space!

Amazing apartment! I stayed for 3+ months and loved each day at this tranquil space. As a travel nurse one of my top priorities is safety and cleanliness and this spot hit each perfectly. I never saw or heard the neighbors, never any smoke or cooking smells seeping in which is always a huge positive! Queen bed was so comfortable! It is in a great location with so much to do right outside your door and downtown Boston an Uber away. Book this space, you will love it as much as I did!

Impeccable apartment.

This apartment is great in all aspects. It is as central as can be with dozens of restaurants and small businesses within walking distance. We were very surprised about the build quality because the apartment is extremely quiet. The space inside is lovely with tall ceilings, concrete floors (very easy to clean), and our favorite part - the huge and totally equipped kitchen. Also parking is a breeze at the free public lot behind the building. J is a great host and we would love to stay at his place again if we ever come back to MA.
