Bellview Retreat

Well appointed living space with bright, sunny bedrooms. I stayed here for about 7 months. Landlord was responsive and provided items as needed (if it wasnt already in the cottage). Landlord is friendly and accommodating, not overbearing or intrusive. Location was convenient to markets, highway, and services in Ashland, Medford, or to the south. Highly recommend.

This one-bedroom apartment (actually a duplex) was like a small house with lots of space in all of the rooms. There was a covered patio and many plants that offered shade. The landlord, P, lived on an adjacent property and was the model of accommodation and service and was discreet about his presence. He was friendly and professional and made me feel at home and was eager to communicate via text. The queen-sized bed was so comfy with a mattress topper that was cushy and made for restful sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and lacked for nothing. There was an abundance of windows that looked out onto green space and 3 sunlights. I would give 10 stars to my rating and would stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thank you, Phil, for providing a safe and secure place for the month I rented your lovely apartment. Being a single woman traveling alone, my safety and security were of paramount importance.
