S has been an absolutely wonderful landlord and the property is very clean and surprisingly large for being a studio. S is professional and answers every call or concern almost immediately. She is a wonderful host while always respecting my privacy. I was provided with everything I needed during my stay and my concerns were always made a priority and addressed in a timely manner. 5 stars! I wish I could stay longer!
This is a very cute studio in a quiet & safe location with plenty of parking. Kitchen has all the amenities including hot plate, toaster & a microwave. Desk set up was perfect for any work from home. Location is within couple miles from Trader Joe's, 24 hour fitness. Owner is very friendly and thoughtful, easy to reach. I would highly recommend the unit and would stay here myself, if opportunity arises.
