Perfection

Wow! I will miss this beautiful Casita. Truly was my home for 9 months during travel assignment at Banner University. Claire has put a lot of love and special attention in this welcoming home. It has everything you would need in excellent working order and is in a great central location. Claire was the absolute best host I've ever had. I will definitely be back!

Great home away from home

I loved this casita. It felt very homelike when walking in. Everything is barely used and works great. C was very nice and easy to get a hold of. The place is clean and has all amenities listed. Super close to several restaurants and downtown Phoenix. Only downside was the driveway being tight but having a free driveway is worth it. I highly recommend!

The best stay!

This casita is simply magical. I felt at peace every time I got home! I love it so much, and I would stay here again and again if I could! In addition, C is the best host you could ask for. She is kind and very helpful. I highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful place, centrally located

The place is exactly as you see it in the photos.Claire clearly has put a lot of work into decorating it. She is a nice hands-off landlady, but will step in quickly if you have questions. Nice neighbors. Safe. Quiet. Lots of parking space in driveway.
