Fully furnished apartment in Downtown Salt Lake City. The photos will say a lot about this property as this property was just recently renovated both inside and out. This property is walking distance to many restaurants and night life attractions.

That was our experience
We rented this apartment for 3 months and had problems from day one. The unit had a strong odor (not gas, possibly mold), was cold, and the Wi-Fi didnt work we had to pay for our own. In an odd coincidence mentioned by another reviewer, we also found a cockroach under the bed. Property management was slow to respond and unhelpful, even in emergencies. One day, someone tried to enter the unit while we were home; we removed the lock battery for safety and were told, "Anyone that has the code is authorized." The area felt unsafe, and the apartment was noisy we had to sleep with noise-canceling headphones every night. Street parking was misrepresented; it's limited to 2 hours during the day, and we ended up parking a 12-minute walk away. The laundry area in the basement was dusty and unclean. At move-out, we were charged double rent (held for 30 days) and a $285 cleaning fee with no breakdown. With added fees and poor service, this place was not worth it.
Propertywise Management Services
I rented this place for one month, and regretted, my plan was to stay for at least 3 months. However, the moment I stepped inside the building I released that this place was not worth the money. Disgusting, smelly building, laundry and the apt. wasnt clean, dusty, cockroach dead under the bed, the mattress has big stains, the closed smell mold. I tried to switch to other build/apt. but the lady/manager in charge besides being rude, doesnt have good customer service, and made it impossible. They deducted $350 for cleaning fee from the deposit money. It wasnt disclosed on the contract. I left the apt. much cleaner than I found it. Airbnb is much better than renting from this company that manages properties. The purpose of Furniturefinder is to rent a place and pay less fees.
