Do not rent from Propertywise!!!

We had a two month lease at this place. We arrived day 1 and noticed black mold around all of the window sills. There were ants crawling around the fridge and kitchen countertops. It smelt like mold and felt so dirty. The pictures made this place look a lot larger and nicer than it was. We refused to stay due to the mold and all of the health concerns that can come with staying in a place that has mold in it. Propertywise was horrible to work with and so disrespectful to us and not understanding that NO ONE should live in a home with mold. B at the company was so rude and never answered his phone for us, only email but not in a timely manner. We moved all across the country to live in this place and they left us stranded without a place to live. We had to pay double rent as they still made us pay for rent even though we never even stayed there. Do not rent any of their places.
