Cozy studio in quiet neighborhood close to beach and hospitals

The first night the entire doors were covered with flying ants. The property had to be sprayed and I could not leave lots of light on inside because it would attract bugs all near the entrance. The lock would not work. When I told the landlord and showed her the problem, it was never fixed. Flooring panels are lifting up so you have to be careful where you walk. The water in the shower did not completely drain. It would sit in a corner. When I addressed it with the landlord she just said ok but did not fix it. When I was about to leave then she wanted her contractor to go look at it before she got a new tenant. The last day she wrote a check for me and tried to short me around $300. I told her and she said there is a charge for a prorate. I asked her where in the contract does it say that. She worte a new check then I told her the remainder is still 0.33 She got upset and snapped at me about it. I told her I paid her every penny and that is my money.
