Updated Victorian Property Designed for Self Care Studio

I had to stay in Oakland for 7 weeks and I was really impressed with how new and clean everything was at the studio. The studio feels more like a one bedroom apartment and can easily accommodate 2 people. The landlords of the property are so friendly and really proactive for any concerns that we had during our stay! I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a place to stay in the Oakland area.

Excellent property provided by Grey Garden Properties. I really enjoyed my time staying here while working in Oakland and felt like I was taken care of by the owners who are more than welcoming The property is quietly nestled in their backyard but you really have your own space. It's listed as a studio but gives the same feel as a 1 bedroom apartment with the way it is laid out. I would recommend staying here to any other travelers working at Kaiser or Highland hospital as they are just a short ride away.

Truly a home away from home. I had the opportunity to stay here during a travel contract and I have nothing but positive things to say. From the moment I arrived, the hosts greeted me with open arms and made me feel so welcome and at home. They were quick to respond to any concern or question I had, and so incredibly friendly. They truly became my friends, which was comforting being a traveling worker like myself. The property and unit itself was pristine. It is exactly as pictured, and so incredibly cozy and "home" feeling. It had absolutely everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. If there was ever something I found I did not have or needed, the hosts were more than willing to provide it. the property is upgraded to perfection and it is obvious that the hosts made sure that any tenant would be comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay at the cottage. If the opportunity comes to rent this property again, I would in a heartbeat! You truly cannot beat it.

They were quick to address any concerns or requests I had, ensuring i was cared for and valued. The property itself is sparking clean, recently renovated with brand new furniture and appliances, it exudes a sense of modernity and elegance. The highlight is the lush, fenced-in backyard, which felt like a tranquil oasis amidst the city bustle. The layout of the house has private entrance and a mother-in-law type setup, offering ample privacy and a serene atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend this rental property to anyone seeking a warm, cozy, and private home away from home! I would stay again in a heartbeat
