My partner and I moved in sight unseen from Kansas in March and had no idea how lucky we were about to be to have gotten the opportunity to rent from Herbert and Estela. The space was cute and perfect for our safe place to land while we got used to living in California. We felt safe and comfortable, and our anticipated 6 week stay lasted 4 months. Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy parking, free laundry and all utilities included you can't do better in the valley!

Fantastic Experience

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The landlord was responsive, respectful, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything ran smoothly. From check-in to check-out, communication was seamless. The landlord was always just a message away if I needed anything. I felt safe, supported, and comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this home to others!

The Best!!!!

So happy to have found this little cozy furnished place that we called home for 4 months. Host were absolutely amazing, accommodating and friendly! Everything was comfortable and we really felt at home. Every time we needed anything fixed or had any other questions, Herbert and his wife would take care of everything right away. Did I mention Stich, our favorite cat came visited us daily and we will miss him dearly. Just big THANK YOU from us to giving us a home for a short but memorable time.

Gem in the Valley

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Furnish Finder property, and it was a fantastic experience! The place was not only nice and convenient but also felt incredibly safe. There was plenty of parking, which made my stay even more hassle-free. The landlords were impressively responsive and communicated quickly, which I truly appreciated. I also loved seeing and spending time with Stitch, the friendly cat on the premiseshe made the place feel extra welcoming. The location is ideal, with shopping malls close by and easy access to highways. It's wonderfully quiet, and I fell in love with the valleywish I could have stayed longer! The air conditioning unit was a great bonus, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my preference. Highly recommend this gem!

Amazing Stay At Cozy Guesthouse

Where do I start? When my partner, I and our 2 dogs were looking for a place to stay in the LA county, we looked at nearly 50+ different properties. When we found this unit and listing, we were hoping that we would be able to stay here due to distance and proximity to work and what we wanted to do on our spare time. The hosts, E and H were absolutely amazing in responding to our requests and allowing us to stay at their property. When we first arrived, we were greeted by them and shown the property. The property was immaculately clean and they even included many items to make us feel welcome (cookies, drinks and more!). During our 3+ month stay, we had zero issues with the property and/or hosts. It was an amazing stay and the hosts always responded to any questions we had. We could not thank the hosts enough for the great experience and stay. Would highly recommend for any individual looking for an amazing experience, great cozy home and the best, responsive hosts!

Cozy and private

The hosts were very accommodating and easily accessible. E and H were very kind. The space was private enough and sound proofed that I felt comfortable. The noise is minimal as it is in a quiet safe neighborhood. All the things provided truly made it feel like home. Highly recommend for a temporary stay!
