Cozy Room in Cozy Home

This room is lovely - 2 large closets for clothes and a desk and multiple bedside table options as needed. I spent 6 months on a travel assignment in this home with my husband. The living room is adequate for lounging and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and other cooking/baking items (which I loved as I really enjoy staying in and cooking)! Wifi was reliable. The washer/dryer and just down the stairs of the apartment and while the machine takes quarters, Shelley would spot me a few if I had run out, and in general she was a delight to live with. The cats are sweet, even if they take a bit of time to warm up to you. We parked our car on the street and only encountered difficulty finding a spot if we came home late at night. The location in Costa Mesa was perfect for us. Shelley is extremely responsive, respectful and communicative. Upon moving in she quickly became a friend in addition to being a roommate. Sharing a home with her and her sweet, young son was easy.
