Wonderful property, even better hosts

We rented this unit after being displaced by the May tornado. The unit is lovely, clean, very comfortable, modern, and had everything we needed. 2 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry in-unit. It’s on a quiet street but close to bus lines and metrolink transit & not far from major highways, making it very easy to get around St Louis or head down Grand for dining etc. The host, Ms Toni, & her family have been wonderful & were truly the best part of this rental. They were very accommodating, responsive, kind, & even came in the very middle of the night once when we had trouble getting in the unit. When we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay several times, Ms Toni quickly accommodated us. When St Louis had a snow storm and the front stairs were icy, they came to salt the stairs on a moments notice. They have been fantastic hosts/landlords and we are sad to leave! Truly wonderful people and a great unit. We feel so lucky we found them!

Excellent apartment, SUPER close to SSM SLU and Cardinal Glennon

Property is exactly as seen in photos. The landlords, R and D, are super responsive, and always helpful. I had one small issue with the central air, and they had it fixed the same day! Neighborhood is located in a cul-de-sac right off of Grand. I always felt safe, and never had problems. My car was never bothered, even if I left things on the front seat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!
