Cute Apartment in a friendly, safe area!

I had the opportunity to stay at this cute, budget friendly apartment. It had everything I needed and is close to restaurants, bars and local grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again! It was perfect for me and my small dog!

Perfect place to stay!

This was my first travel assignment and I was so impressed with this apartment! This apartment is a newly furnished rental, so when I signed the lease there were no pictures of furniture. I took a risk and trusted that it would be furnished by the time I moved in, and I was shocked by how amazing the place looked when I got there! Its such a cute one bedroom apartment and is so homey. Only 5 minutes from the hospital too! The landlords are so nice and understanding. All the neighbors are so friendly as well. If I were to come back to Cedar Rapids I would absolutely resign here!
