Comfortable home with a fantastic landlord

I enjoyed my three month stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for medium term accommodation in Jacksonville. The landlord was a pleasure to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up. She was by far the most polite and responsive host I've spoken with on Furnished Finder. The unit was notably clean when I arrived and is well finished. There is ample storage space for one to two people for a few months. Other pluses were how well the AC works, the full sized washer and dryer, and the two parking spots.

Cozy home with lovely landlord!

This is such a cozy home that is newly renovated. It's the perfect fit for a busy single person. It comes furnished with everything you'd need including a laundry room! If there are any issues the landlord is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. She is very fair with any issues (the sink was leaking I called her and within 4 hours it was fixed. She even bought me a new faucet just in case it leaked again) The landlord is also very accommodating and sweet. I've absolutely loved loving in her place and I'm only moving because my job is moving me. I hope you enjoy this home as much as I did!
