Amazing spot! Clean, timely, great location!

Alex and team were great! I was looking for a spot quickly right in the heart of holiday season & he called me 30 minutes after putting an inquiry in. He was very kind and worked with on anything I needed. He also was quick to reply & very attentive to any needs that the building had as well as individual tenants. The cleaning service each week was great & lovely to have and the bedroom clean each month was a cherry on top. The shower & bathroom was amazing & the kitchen appliances & common spaces were nice & cozy. AC was great. Plenty of laundry space & tons of space for extra storage if needed. Bed was comfortable. Parking can be a bit tight sometimes but usually enough spots to fit everyone in! Lastly, the location was top tier. Close to the interstate & easy to get around. Tons of locations for food, groceries were all within 10 minutes or less. Parkville Market & Westfarms Mall were also super close. Highly recommend & would stay again should my path bring me back to Connecticut!

West Hartford Room

I had a great experience renting this room. The house is located in a fantastic neighborhood in a very popular town, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and local attractions just a short distance away. The location made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a spacious walk-in closet that provided plenty of storage. One of the standout features was the private office space, which was perfect for working remotely or having a quiet area separate from the bedroom. The shared kitchen was clean and functional, making meal preparation convenient. Overall, the combination of the great location, useful amenities, and comfortable living space made this an excellent place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for housing in the area.

The Perfect Stay

This is the perfect spot for short or long-term stays. I was here on work assignment as a medical traveler. I enjoyed this property immensely! It was equipped with everything I needed for daily living. It is spacious with plenty of storage. The interior design made it feel like a home. The property manager A was great! He is very easy to communicate with, responds fast and is very courteous and professional. If I am ever back in the area I will definitely stay at this property or any of the G4 properties as I know I will have an exceptional stay and quality customer service!
