Excellent place to stay with a very responsive host. I would stay here again if I ever had to come back to Memphis !

Quiet and Comfortable

This unit is in a location convenient to everything and Jimin is the perfect host. The bed is very comfortable and I always felt safe there. The driveway is shared with the other unit which could be inconvenient, but I had no issues at all parking on the street right in front of the house. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay in Memphis!

My significant other and I stayed here with our two dogs and loved it! The neighborhood was great and the unit was cozy with everything we needed for our stay. The quick responses from the landlord were very helpful as well!

Great experience

Very nice apartment in a nice neighborhood. Clean comfortable And convenient to all. Restaurants. Is great location. Landlord very receptive and quick to respond.

Clean and comfortable

I stayed in unit 1. The home was very clean and had all appliances for cooking, which was amazing because I cook everyday. My self, wife and two dogs stayed here and it was enough space for all 4 of us. It had Wi-Fi and Roku TV so you could find whatever to watch. The neighborhood was quite and was amazing to go on walks. There is only one drive way so if someone stays in the second unit you may have to park on the street. Coming from a healthcare worker I definitely recommend!

Very nice appliances and clean!

Unit 2 was very clean when we arrived. Brand new appliances. Wifi always worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Quality & sturdy furniture. The only negative about this property is having to share the driveway with the other tenant. Often times I ended up parking on the street. My car was hit on the street while living here. Nothing the landlord could have done, could have happened to anyone in the neighborhood, but would have been nice to park in the driveway to avoid this.
