Cozy, quiet, and close to everything

This was a perfect lovely place to stay for me and my two dogs while on a travel contract there. It had everything we could need and felt right at home. Love the garage and balcony. I was able to see the seasons change from no leaves to full summer and my dogs loved watching the birds. Very cozy, quiet, and safe.

Cute, cozy, and comfortable

This unit was perfect! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and peaceful to walk around when it's nice out. The back deck was amazing to sit outside and relax. The location is perfect. It is located very close to many stores and the hospital. I was never worried about my car that was parked outside. Landlord and her daughter were very responsive to all our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect spot to live!

My friend and I lived here for about 4 months while working at MU! The location is amazing, we could get to the hospital in less than 5 minutes. The condo is cozy, clean, and has all the necessities you need. Laurie was amazing with getting back to us on anything that needed to be fixed or any issues that came up. Highly recommend this condo!

Very convenient & safe

If you are looking for a place to stay while working at MU healthcare this place is your best fit! Ms. Laurie is super nice, and she responds very fast. She will make sure you have everything you need. This apartment is only 6mins away from MU and about 10mins away from grocery stores, fast food restaurants, Starbucks, and many other places. It's really convenient especially if you're here during winter and not used to driving in the snow. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are friendly. There is a trail nearby where you can take your dog for a walk or simply just to get your steps in. This place has everything you could possibly need: from cleaning supplies to kitchen ware. My husband and I love to meal prep for work, and we did not have any problem doing that at all. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect Townhouse

Perfect townhouse for travelers. Very close to many hospitals. Accommodations were perfect and you'll feel at home immediately. Quiet neighborhood with pool access. Many walking trails, farmers market, and restaurants within 5 miles. Truly enjoyed our 3 months staying here. Don't let this one pass you by.

An amazing stay!

This is the perfect apartment for any travel worker. Centrally located to all the hospitals and businesses. The downtown and campus area are also very close. The apartment itself is well kept and stocked so well for a travel worker. The balcony was my favorite place in the whole apartment it overlooked the wooded area behind the house and was so serene. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe and there was a small walking trail that led to the park behind the house. The landlord and her people were always available if I needed them, which wasn't often because she was prepared for everything it seemed. All in all this was a fantastic situation all around. I highly recommend!!

Missouri Condo

This condo was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The condo was really close to the hospital, food, and many walking trails which was a plus. L was an excellent host. If we needed anything or ran into issues, she was readily available and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again.
