Simple yet Sufficient

The best way to do this is a pro/con list: Pros: Kindest, most honest landlords. A and M are truly some of the sweetest people I know. They are easy to work with and great with communication. Convenient Location Safe, quiet, and private Comfortable bed Affordable for the area Met all my needs for quite a long time Cons: Limited furnishings; purchased many things myself to make it more conducive to my lifestyle Dark; i appreciate sunlight and open spaces. At times the lack of windows made me feel sad. I tried to brighten up the space with some colorful artwork which helped. Small; was fine for myself alone though. Overall, I would recommend this studio to others but plan to spend a little time and effort in personalizing the space to your liking. Enjoy your time in Cottonwood/Sedona area! Its a wonderful place to visit (and possibly stay).

wonderful stay

Great place to stay! I have really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back here given the chance work wise. Im sad to be going. A and M were excellent host and super nice!
