Beware of this property!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 months during the summer of 2024. The location is good, but the landlord created huge headaches for us. I would not recommend staying here. When we first arrived, the apartment was not clean. The sheets smelled terrible and everything in the kitchen was still dirty. We washed everything in the apartment prior to using it. Additionally, the mattress on the bed was broken and thus gave no back support. We told the landlord immediately, but he said that it was a new mattress and all he would do was give us a mattress topper. This was totally unhelpful since the problem was that the bed offered no support. My wife ended up injuring her back because of the bed, and we spent the summer sleeping on the pull-out futon. At the end of our stay, we cleaned very well. The landlord still had the audacity to take a cleaning fee out of our security deposit, which was not allowed by our lease.
