Beautiful!

This apartment is beautiful! The location is amazing, walking distance to anything you want or need- shopping, coffee, restaurants. Having Vested coffee shop downstairs is a major plus. The decor and overall feel of the apartment is very modern and homey. E and S were fantastic landlords. Very easy and quick communication. They would frequently check in on me, ask if I needed anything, and send me updates from the building about any repairs being made. Overall 10/10, would definitely stay here again!

I was looking forward to staying at this condo this spring, but my travel nursing job was cancelled before I got the chance to move in. E and S were AMAZING to work with. They were very understanding of my situation and gave me a full refund. I would recommend this cozy condo to anyone moving to KC. E and S are very knowledgeable about the area, and very easy to work with!

Location location location

I had to finish a manuscript for a winter deadline and this condo was the only reason I finished it! Relaxing, classy, clear sense of taste with room to customize; I wish I could have stayed forever.
