Ample Supplies and Quaint Atmosphere

This studio apartment was perfect for my stay. When I arrived, Sarah had already generously provided numerous extra rolls of paper towels and trash bags under the sink – which lasted me several months and helped me save considerably on those expenses. The apartment is tidy and neat – in close proximity to grocery stores on H Street and the Stadium/Armory metro stop (about 10-12 minutes on foot), with a spacious shower and plenty of fridge space. Sarah was very communicative and accomodating all throughout my stay, including during a massive January snow storm when she helped clear out the snow and distribute salt near my entrance for better safety, also clearing a path near my car. Would definitely recommend this place!

Cozy Home

This place made me feel at home from the minute I stepped in. S was also a great landlord and so nice! About a 10 minute, easy walk to the Stadium Armory Metro stop (orange, silver, and blue line) that will take you everywhere. Always felt safe walking in the neighborhood at all times. If I ever make my way back to DC, this place will be the first place I look to for availability.
