Great Place

I stayed here for about 6 months and throughly enjoyed living here. The apartment was spotless upon my arrival and many amenities were provided like dishwasher pods, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc. so I didn't have to immediately run to the store to get settled. I cook almost all of my meals and the kitchen had everything I needed and then some. All of the appliances work without any issues including the washer and dryer. H, the landlord, is a very responsive and attentive host. I had no issues contacting him with any questions I had. Also, the private parking space in the back is really nice to have. This stay was a 10/10.

Beautiful Place, Ideal Location

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Heath was quick and very helpful in many situations. Its close enough to the downtown area to walk/bike to many restaurants and parks.

Nice, convenient apartment

I stayed in apartment #3 for 3 months. H was a great landlord and always quick to respond with any questions. The place is completely renovated, the listed description is accurate, and you can tell a lot of effort went in to making this a comfortable stay. All appliances are brand new and worked great. Close to riverfront and downtown activities. 30 minutes to beach. Lots of storage space. Private parking in the back. Road noise from Bull street was loud at times, but nothing that a fan didnt cover up. I felt completely safe there, as a single woman staying alone. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay here again.
