I found this place on Furnished Rooms for Rent while relocating to Tampa, and what started as a month-to-month stay while I searched for my permanent home turned into 9 months and that says it all. The location is central, the value is exceptional, and the host is truly outstanding. He created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel completely at home from day one. This is the perfect setup for anyone needing a comfortable, furnished room for a month or more without the commitment of a long-term lease. Most Gracious Host / Awesome property and neighbors

I have to start by saying Anthony is the most thorough host I've encountered. He made sure everything was in order and then some. His communication throughout was on point and offered suggestions on things to do in and around town. His responses were quick with any inquiries I had. He is a super guy and a super host. If you need a place in the Tampa area...call Anthony. I stayed here on my assignment as a travel surgical assistant. Busch Gardens is right down the street.

Amazing Experience

As soon as I saw the pictures of this property, I knew I had to see it in person. It was just as beautiful as the photos-homey, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed (and more). The master bedroom is spacious, which made it easy for me to work there as well. Anthony, the landlord, is amazing. From the moment I moved in, he was incredibly accommodating and always made sure I felt safe and had everything I needed. He's a very thoughtful landlord, which made my stay even better. Overall, the home and the owner are fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

Amazing stay

The day I stopped by to check the place I knew I was gonna stay here. Everything was in great condition, bathroom and a room was super clean and had everything I needed. Most importantly the room that I had is master bedroom so I didn't have to share bathroom. The landlord Anthony is a great guy also, I knew from the first time coming there we were gonna get along and that's exactly what happened. He would help me with anything I needed. Great place and a great person to share a house with!

Wonderful place and stay

I spent five months on this property, and my stay was more than excellent. The place was very clean and well taken care of. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries I had in a very timely manner. The property is in an ideal location, very secure neighborhood, with great parking, and close to all shops you may need like grocery stores, gyms etc Totally loved my stay and would recommend it.
